Payment Terms: Net 20 days. All accounts credit card without approved credit. International orders-wire transfer
Phone Orders: All Phone orders require written confirmation
Freight: Multiple warehouse locations. Call for information.
Returned Checks: $25.00 service charge for all returned checks
Finance Charge: 1.5% per month on all accounts more than 30 days past due
Prices: Subject to change without notice
Minimum Order: $100 net minimum order ($25 fee charged if $100 is not met)
Specifications: All weights are approximate and represent product only (unpackaged)
Packaging: Mr. Peel reserves the right to package product in a manner it deems most appropriate.
Collection Fees: Buyer agrees to pay all applicable attorney and collection fees.
Custom Orders: Buyer is responsible for all applicable set up and tool charges. All custom orders require prepayment.
Literature: All information is intended to be truthful and accurate. Mr. Peel is not responsible for printing errors.
Damaged Goods: Mr. Peel reserves the right to inspect all returned damaged product. Call our Customer Service Department to initiate a Freight Claim. Buyer is responsible for all freight until liability is confirmed.
Returns: 20% Restocking Charge. All orders to be returned need a RA#. Return period is 30 days. Orders to be returned unused in original packing and carton.
Orders: Orders less than case count are subject to a 10% up-charge Wood Peels-6/case Aluminum Peels-6/case Laminate Boards-6/case. (Exceptions for larger sizes)
